About the Role

Rise Up Kombucha is looking for a hands-on Dispatch & Fulfilment Executive to manage the day-to-day movement of our products from our facility to customers.

This is a practical, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, preparing dispatches, coordinating hyperlocal deliveries through partners such as Porter and WeFast, planning efficient delivery routes, and maintaining accurate daily inventory.

The ideal candidate is organised, responsible, comfortable with physical work and able to communicate clearly with customers, delivery partners and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities? Pick, Pack & Prepare Orders

- Pick products according to incoming orders.
- Pack D2C, HoReCa and retail orders accurately.
- Ensure the correct quantity, flavour and product is packed for every order.
- Prepare orders for daily dispatch.
- Ensure products are handled and packed properly to avoid breakage or damage.

? Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate daily deliveries through hyperlocal delivery partners such as Porter, WeFast and other logistics providers .
- Book delivery partners based on order requirements and location.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel from pickup to successful delivery.
- Share pickup and delivery details accurately.
- Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or failed deliveries.
- Liaise with customers and the internal team when there are delivery issues.

?️ Route Planning
- Group orders based on location to create efficient delivery routes.
- Plan dispatches to minimise delivery time and transportation costs.
- Prioritise urgent and time-sensitive orders.
- Ensure multiple deliveries are consolidated wherever possible.
- Continuously look for ways to make the delivery process more efficient.

? Stock & Inventory
- Conduct a daily stock count of finished products.




- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Record stock received, dispatched and closing stock.
- Track different SKUs and flavours.
- Identify stock discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor packaging materials and inform the team when stock needs replenishment.
- Maintain basic batch and expiry tracking where required.

? Communication & Updates
- Communicate with the team primarily through WhatsApp .
- Share daily updates on:
- Orders received
- Orders packed
- Orders dispatched
- Deliveries completed
- Pending/failed deliveries
- Closing stock
- Maintain basic records on Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets .
- Keep the team informed of any operational issues immediately.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, delivery coordination, fulfilment, logistics or a similar role.
- Experience with FMCG, food & beverage, D2C or e-commerce is preferred.
- Comfortable with physical work, including picking, packing and moving boxes/stock .
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets .
- Basic spoken and written English is required .
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable coordinating with delivery riders/drivers.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for getting deliveries completed.
- Practical problem-solver who can handle last-minute changes and delivery issues.

The Person We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on and dependable .

Someone who can start the day by looking at the orders, figure out what needs to be packed, what needs to go where, how deliveries should be grouped, which delivery partner to use, and make sure everything gets delivered.

You don't need to be a corporate operations expert. You need to be someone who gets things done.
