We are looking for a Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for the company. The candidate will be responsible for closing sale deals for the interior designing products and services offered by the company over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Will be responsible for achieving sales targets and market expansion.

- Cold calling customers using the given database to pitch the company's products and services.
- Contacting potential clients to understand their requirements over phone,



explain to them the products & services and deliver value to the customers.
- Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
- Managing sales budgets.
- Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies.
- Keep abreast of recent product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Create processes and quality customer service standards to improve customer experience. Capture the insights from customer interactions and maintain the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Other responsibilities, as the company may deem necessary from time to time, related to sales and marketing. Proficient in English and Hindi Languages • Telephone etiquette • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Solid experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
