nTradeBacked Inc is a specialty finance company that provides asset-backed liquidity to cash flow-positive businesses with over $50 million in revenue. TradeBacked offers stable access to capital that scales with our clients evolving needs. This position has dual responsibilities.

First, as an Underwriter, responsible for performing a detailed risk analysis of prospective clients for inventory financing, enabling a sound credit decision to be made. Second as a Fund reporting, responsible for performing fund operations, reporting, and client communication as needed.

nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Liaising with I-Banker, Broker Dealer, Investment Advisors, Investors, Rating Agencies, and Insurance or other Due Diligence officers.
n
- Fund accounting, generating reports, managing investors' payments, & commission payouts.
n
- Managing the financial health of our existing funds and other operating companies.
n
- Liaising with Transfer agents, bankers, brokers, and custodians for productive flow of data and funds.
n
- Credit underwriting for clients during onboarding.
n
- Credit underwriting for assets (inventory) and execution of the transactions.
n
- Partner with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives.
n
- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals.
n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance and implement corrections where necessary.
n
- Perform financial and debt service analysis, industry review, and background and credit searches.
n
- Participate in negotiations and documentation review for each transaction.
n




- Participate in conference calls and meetings with Senior and Executive Management as needed.
n
- Reporting and communicating with investors, financial advisors, and investment bankers
n
- Responding to the queries of attorneys, investment advisors, and banks.
n
- Work closely with fund administrators, custodians, valuers, and CMAs
n

nQualifications: CPA or a CA or MBA with CFO experience.

nWorking experience in a private credit, fund, or bank is good to have.

nWorking experience in SME financing, Inventory financing, factoring, and lending is a plus.

nUnderstanding international markets and lending regulations is a plus.

nExperience: 7 plus years experience

nLocation: India (Remote) – work from home

nTiming: Flexibility to work in US hours (5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST)

- Considerable knowledge of the US and international market
n
- Considerable knowledge of Private Credit, Asset Based Lending, Trade Finance, and Inventory Financing
n
- Considerable knowledge of corporate finance, economics, and general trade practices
n
- Considerable knowledge of accounting principles, practices, methods, and procedures
n
- Skill in financial statements, cash flow, credit, and collateral analysis
n
- Skill in spreading financials
n
- Skill in negotiating legal documents
n
- Skill in financial modeling
n
- Ability to convert loan data into a narrative report addressing the financial condition of the borrower and its principals
n
- Ability to use judgment and arrive at an underwriting decision based on available information
n
- Ability to keep accurate records
n
- Ability to utilize software packages, including financial/accounting software such as Quick book
