Role Description The Director of Admissions is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end admissions function. This role oversees admissions strategies, application processes, and selection criteria to meet enrollment targets and maintain academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising admissions staff, monitoring inquiry and application pipelines, coordinating student recruiting activities, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective learners and their families.

The Director will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align admissions messaging with program offerings, manage admissions events and outreach,



and maintain accurate reporting and forecasting. The role also includes handling escalated applicant queries, refining admissions policies, and ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Enrollment Management, including planning, forecasting, and meeting admissions and enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, present programs clearly, and facilitate information sessions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Student Recruiting, including outreach, relationship-building with schools and partners, and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Solid existing relationship with school counselors and channel partners across NCR region.
- Relevant experience in admissions, education management, or higher education administration, ideally in a business or management-focused institution.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching staff and improving processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including use of CRM or admissions management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively across academic, marketing, and operations teams.
