Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Manager to drive business growth through the Direct Channel. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct customer acquisition.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Explain insurance products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of proposals.
- Provide effective after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline.
- BFSI sector experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have relevant experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services / BFSI sales.
- 2 years of relevant BFSI sales experience.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
