We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma Mechanical Engineers to join our team as Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET).
This is a field-based technical role where you will interact with industrial clients, understand their requirements, and provide practical product solutions in industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Tool & Die.
This is not just a sales job — it is an opportunity to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow into Application Engineer or Territory Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial clients and understand their technical requirements.
- Assist in product demonstrations and conduct trials at customer sites.
- Educate and train end users on product applications and best practices.
- Support senior engineers in providing technical solutions.
- Maintain visit reports and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for business development under guidance.
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Good communication skills and a learning mindset.
Salary & Perks:
- Starting Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (for freshers)
