About the role

You turn what our experts know into learning customers can use on their own: digital onboarding journeys, product courses, certifications, a customer academy, help articles and release notes. Your content also powers our AI support agent, so it has to be accurate, transparent and current.

Shipmnts is an AI-native platform that runs the operations and finance of freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics companies. 180+ companies across India, the UAE and the US run their business on Shipmnts.

What you will do

- Build digital onboarding journeys so customers can go live with less hand-holding
- Create module-wise courses and certification assessments in our LMS
- Write help-centre articles every week from the most common support questions
- Publish release notes for every six-weekly product release, and update the content each release affects
- Create short product walkthrough videos and adoption content for modules such as CRM, warehouse management and container tracking




- Structure content with consistent tags and versions so our AI agent can use it reliably
- Track usage and ticket deflection, and improve what isn't working

What you will bring

- 2 to 5 years in technical writing, instructional design, training content or product documentation, ideally for software
- Excellent written English; you make complex things simple
- You learn software quickly and are careful about accuracy
- Comfortable with LMS and screen-recording tools, and with AI tools for content
- ERP, accounting or logistics software experience is a plus; basic video editing is a plus

Location and salary

- Ahmedabad (office)
- Rs 4 to 7 LPA, based on experience
