Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting the development of marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.

The Marketing

Specialist will coordinate with sales and customer service teams, create marketing materials, track campaign performance, and prepare reports on key metrics. Daily responsibilities include communicating with internal stakeholders, managing timelines, optimizing initiatives based on data, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively and support client and stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and gather competitive insights.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan campaigns, define target segments, and align activities with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to coordinate with sales teams, support lead generation, and understand the sales funnel.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in marketing or related roles, familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include project management, basic data analysis, proficiency with office and collaboration software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
