Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote PCC’s services and brand. This role includes managing social media channels, creating digital content, and coordinating online advertising efforts to drive engagement, lead generation, and website traffic. The specialist will monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance,



prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Daily tasks also involve collaborating with sales and engineering teams to align messaging with business goals, maintaining the company website and landing pages, and ensuring consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics data and use insights to optimize campaigns and user experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for creating explicit, compelling messages and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with B2B or manufacturing/technology sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
