We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience, with strong expertise in Performance Marketing and a proven ability to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, sales, and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and work toward improving ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Track and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms,



and optimization techniques

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, remarketing, and audience targeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand campaign data and make decisions based on performance
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and meet performance targets

Preferred: Experience in managing multiple campaigns, working with different industries, and scaling campaigns while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
