We are looking for a creative, performance-oriented and Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the company's online presence, generate quality leads and promote the HOSTEN brand across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing and a robust interest in videography and photography. Candidates who can independently create and edit marketing content, handle social media platforms and contribute to graphic design will be given priority.

2. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and recommend improvements.
- Support SEO, Google Business Profile and other online visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve the quality and conversion of digital leads.

Social Media & Content Creation

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, project showcases and customer-focused content.
- Plan content around completed projects, products, installations, company activities and events.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and digital marketing practices.

Photography & Videography – Priority Skill





- Capture high-quality project photographs, product photographs, site images and corporate/event videos.
- Edit videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Candidates with genuine passion and practical skills in photography and videography will be given preference.

Graphic Designing

- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Create visually attractive content while following company branding guidelines.
- Work with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design software.
- Coordinate with the management and marketing team for campaign creatives.

3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Assist in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns.
- Track leads generated through digital platforms.

4. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of social media marketing and content creation..
- Strong interest or practical experience in photography and videography is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of video editing software/tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
