Job Summary

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in lead generation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, video editing, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies and monitor campaign performance.
- Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional content using Canva.
- Edit short-form videos/Reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and update the company website, including content, images, project information, and landing pages.
- Monitor leads, campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Conduct basic audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaigns and lead performance.
- Maintain and improve the company's social media presence.
