Senior Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive

We are a home and kitchenware retailer based in Kottakkal, serving customers since 2012. We are looking for an experienced person to take responsibility for our digital marketing and help grow our online and showroom sales.

We already have people to shoot and present videos. We need someone who can give them clear content ideas and direction, plan campaigns around our products, manage our online platforms, and follow up on the results.

Your responsibilities will include

- Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook and our other social media channels.
- Prepare content calendars, Malayalam captions, video scripts, product posters and promotional material.
- Guide our video team on what to shoot, which products to feature and how to present them.
- Work with floor managers to confirm product availability, prices and offer details before publishing.
- Plan seasonal promotions, product campaigns, giveaways and collaborations with local content creators.
- Run Meta and Google advertising campaigns within agreed budgets and track the enquiries and sales they generate.
- Manage our Google Business Profile, including business information, product photos, reviews and customer responses.
- Keep our website content and product listings updated, handle basic SEO, and coordinate with technical support when needed.
- Organise enquiries from WhatsApp, social media and the website, and coordinate customer follow-up,



orders and delivery with our team.
- Use AI tools to support content, design and reporting, while checking accuracy and keeping the communication natural.
- Maintain a simple enquiry and sales tracker or CRM.
- Give management clear weekly and monthly reports showing advertising spend, enquiries, orders, sales and what needs to improve.

We would like to hear from candidates with:
- Preferably 3 or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Experience in retail, home products, consumer goods or online sales.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Business Profile and website management.
- Good Malayalam writing skills and working knowledge of English.
- Design skills using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- An understanding of website analytics, campaign tracking and sales reporting.
- The ability to plan work independently and coordinate with our showroom and video teams.

We are interested in understanding your own contribution and the results achieved, including customer enquiries and sales. This is a full time position at our Kottakkal showroom. Salary will depend on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.
