Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Plan and manage engaging posts, reels, and content to increase brand reach.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for leads, conversions, and ROI.
- SEO: Execute SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Content Marketing:



Create engaging ad copies, blogs, social media content, and marketing creatives.
- Lead Generation: Develop digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads for software solutions.
- Analytics & Tracking: Monitor campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and reporting dashboards.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversions.
- CRM & Retargeting: Manage Email, WhatsApp, and CRM campaigns for customer engagement.
- AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Creative Tools: Use Canva, CapCut, and AI-based image/video generation tools.

Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and campaign analytics.
- Good copywriting and basic visual/video content creation skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or software solution companies.
- Exposure to Influencer Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
