About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. This is a critical role requiring deep expertise in the FMCG or Cosmetic industry. The successful candidate must be available to join immediately and be prepared to work on-site in Ahmedabad.

Key Requirements:

- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within the FMCG or Cosmetic sectors is mandatory.
- E-commerce Proficiency: Proven track record in managing E-commerce and Quick-commerce platforms will be considered a significant advantage.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Core Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end social media presence, including content calendars, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts,



including lead generation, email marketing, and digital funnels.
- Utilize web analytics and performance data to track KPIs, interpret campaign impact, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, and Product) to ensure digital initiatives align with overarching business goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends in the FMCG industry and provide strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior within the retail and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage search, social, display, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
