Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to grow PaisaOne’s customer base and brand presence. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves managing social media channels, overseeing performance marketing campaigns, and driving lead generation across digital touchpoints. The role includes analyzing web and campaign analytics, monitoring key performance indicators, and reporting insights to guide marketing strategies.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to develop content, refine messaging, and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms. The role also involves testing new channels,



managing budgets, and staying current with digital marketing trends relevant to financial services.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of demonstrated skills in Performance Marketing with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns at large scale
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing paid and organic activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in Lead Generation using performance marketing, email campaigns, and other third party channels to drive qualified prospects.
- Strong Web Analytics skills, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, tag managers, and campaign tracking to measure and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in fintech or a B2C brand is an advantage.
