Role Description This is an on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Dera Bassi. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to promote events and brand initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, assisting with basic graphic design or creatives, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports on engagement and reach. The intern will also help with market research, competitor analysis,



and audience insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with the events and operations teams will be required to ensure consistent messaging and timely promotion of upcoming events throughout the internship period.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, content marketing, and basic campaign management.
- Ability to create engaging written content for online platforms, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Basic familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and an interest in content creation.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets and presentation tools to track metrics, analyze data, and prepare simple performance reports.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks during live event and campaign periods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude toward learning in a fast-paced event environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in sports, fitness, events, or adventure experiences is an advantage; prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
