Stipend: 10,000 – 12,000 per month (Based on Experience, Skills & Interview)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, trend research, and digital marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Note: Candidates may be required to visit Innovera School, Loni Kalbhor, 2–3 days per month for content creation, events, or marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media creatives.
- Plan and maintain content calendars.
- Conduct content, competitor, and trend research.
- Identify trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds, and content opportunities.
- Assist in photo and video shoots.
- Edit videos and create visual content for social media platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to interactions when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth content execution.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, presentations,



and reporting activities.
- Track content performance and assist with basic analytics.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content research.
- Video editing and static/carousel design skills.
- Creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and basic analytics.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.

- Social media management experience

Additional Advantage Knowledge of the following tools will be considered an added advantage:
