Position: Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Location: Sankalp Hospital, Ambikapur

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
- Manage Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create and coordinate content for healthcare services, doctors, treatments, packages, and hospital activities.
- Manage Google Business Profile, online reviews, and reputation.
- Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for leads and patient enquiries.
- Track website traffic, social media performance, leads, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for healthcare-related content and promotions.
- Support patient acquisition, brand awareness,



and business development initiatives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management.
- Solid communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,073.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
