Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role at Magicdecor® is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities include creating and managing online content, monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools, and optimizing strategies based on data insights. The individual will collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing initiatives with curated wall décor offerings and on-demand production timelines.



The role also includes managing day-to-day digital communication, responding to audience interactions, and supporting overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills with experience in developing and executing digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning and platform management.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for creating engaging and brand-aligned digital content.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms; experience in design, décor, or e-commerce is an advantage.
