Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Professional to manage and grow Manthan Architects’ online presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, generating leads, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and project showcases.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and qualified leads.
- Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Conduct basic SEO and keyword research to improve online visibility.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the design, architecture,



and sales teams for marketing campaigns and project promotions.
- Research competitors, market trends, and recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media management, and analytics.
- Positive communication and content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content and campaign ideas.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make improvements based on performance.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is proactive, creative, digitally savvy, and capable of independently managing day-to-day digital marketing activities while contributing to the growth of the company's brand and lead generation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
