– Digital Content & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Assistant to support Aatral Training Academy in creating, editing and publishing educational content across our Learning App and Social Media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Shooting educational videos, training sessions, activities and promotional content.
- Editing videos professionally for the Learning App, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Creating short-form videos, Reels and Shorts from educational content.
- Adding captions, titles, graphics, transitions, thumbnails and Aatral branding.
- Uploading and organising edited educational videos in the Learning App under the appropriate courses/modules.
- Publishing videos and other digital content regularly on Social Media platforms.
- Preparing basic captions, hashtags and promotional content.
- Maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely posting.
- Supporting digital promotion of courses, workshops and teacher-training programmes.




- Monitoring basic social-media engagement, views and reach.
- Repurposing existing educational content into different digital formats.
- Ensuring all published content is accurate, professionally presented and aligned with the Academy's educational standards.

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically confident, organised and hands-on, with practical skills in video shooting, video editing, Canva and social-media management. Experience with educational or children's content, EdTech or teacher-training organisations will be an added advantage.
