Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Diamond & Polki Grader to join our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the expert evaluation and assessment of both polished diamonds and traditional Polki gemstones. This position is critical to maintaining our organization's reputation for excellence in quality assurance and precision within the jewelry sector.

The ideal professional will apply advanced technical knowledge to verify authenticity, determine value, and ensure that all gemstones meet the rigorous standards required by our clients and internal protocols.

Responsibilities

- Conduct precise identification and classification of various diamond and Polki stone varieties using specialized tools and techniques.
- Perform comprehensive quality control inspections to assess the condition, clarity, and overall integrity of gemstones.
- Apply deep knowledge of jewelry terminology to document findings accurately and communicate technical details to stakeholders.




- Execute detailed grading procedures based on established industry criteria, including the evaluation of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat).
- Distinguish between genuine and simulated stones through rigorous diamond identification processes.
- Ensure all grading activities adhere to strict compliance and safety standards within the workspace.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess a minimum of 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience specifically in gemstone grading and evaluation.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in stone identification and the nuances of Polki grading.
- Exhibit a robust command of jewelry terminology and industry-specific vocabulary.
- Show advanced proficiency in diamond grading methodologies and the application of the 4Cs framework.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when performing quality control checks.
- Be capable of working independently to deliver consistent and reliable assessment results.
