Key Responsibilities

- Overall monitoring and control of multiple Road, Highway and Infrastructure Projects.

- Review project-wise planning, scheduling, progress and key milestones.

- Monitor project schedules through Primavera P6 / MS Project and ensure timely completion.

- Conduct regular project review meetings with Project Heads and Site Teams.

- Identify project delays, bottlenecks and critical issues and develop appropriate recovery plans.

- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, productivity and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Government Authorities, JV Partners and Subcontractors.

- Represent the organization in important client/consultant meetings whenever required.

- Review project cost, budget, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with the Commercial/Contracts team.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial and Administration functions.

- Review project MIS, dashboards, and monthly progress reports.

- Provide timely updates and recommendations to the CMD/MD on project performance and critical matters.





- Ensure effective implementation of management decisions across project locations.

- Undertake regular site visits and provide strategic guidance to project teams.

Drive timely execution, productivity improvement, and overall project performance.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.

- 18 - 25 years of relevant experience in Road, Highway, Expressway, EPC or Infrastructure projects.

- Candidates currently working as GM/DGM Projects, Head Projects, Project Director, Project Head, or equivalent senior positions are preferred.

- Robust experience in multi-project monitoring and project management.

- Excellent knowledge of project planning and scheduling, preferably Primavera P6 / MS Project.

- Strong client, consultant and authority coordination skills.

- Good understanding of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial aspects.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
