We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite/field desktop support for users and endpoints.
- Troubleshoot Windows, laptops, desktops, printers, network and hardware issues.
- Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, software and peripherals.
- Support Active Directory, Office 365/Microsoft 365, VPN and basic networking.
- Handle ticketing, incident management and IT asset management.
- Perform system upgrades, patching and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain documentation and meet SLA requirements..
