We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop Support Engineer ‘ to support IT operations in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide in office support for Desktops and laptop Barcode and MRP printers.
- Handheld, fixed, and RF scanners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production line IT infrastructure with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Monitor and manage tickets within defined SLAs and escalate when required.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and solutions
- Support a high-availability environment with a quick turnaround time
