We are looking for a Design Material Procurement & Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the architecture and interior design material market.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of materials, brands, vendors, market rates, specifications, and sourcing channels and should be capable of identifying and procuring the right materials for different projects while balancing design intent, quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source architectural and interior materials as per project and design requirements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current market rates, suppliers, manufacturers, dealers, and alternative material options.
- Source materials such as flooring, tiles, stone, laminates, veneers, fabrics, wallpapers, lighting, sanitaryware, hardware, furniture, glass, metal finishes, acoustic materials, and other interior finishes.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations, samples, specifications, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing without compromising design quality.




- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand the design intent and material specifications.
- Identify new materials, finishes, brands, and vendors suitable for upcoming projects.
- Visit markets, showrooms, exhibitions, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities for material research and sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and material database, including pricing and contact details.
- Coordinate samples and material approvals with the design and project teams.
- Track procurement schedules, availability, lead times, and deliveries to ensure materials reach the project as required.
- Suggest suitable cost-effective alternatives/value-engineering options where required.
- Keep the design team updated on new products, market trends, pricing changes, and material innovations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
