Skills Required

Requirement analysis, Understanding of mechanisms and machine elements.

Knowledge of weldment structure, different types of machining process, material treatments &

sequence of process. Conceptual layout preparation skills, design skills eg. Solid modeling, drawing preparation & simulations in Solidworks, valuable knowledge of G.D.&T.;, Limits/ Fits & its application on drawings for interchangeability/ easy fitting of machine parts. Knowledge of word/Excel. Presenting technical information & preparation of machine manuals. Discussions with customers for SPMs.

Vender development for New items required for machines.

Additionally the knowledge of machine tools maintenance, analysis of problems, Inspection & Quality tools, CNC machine operation, production planning and MIS (Management information system) will be treated as plus point.

JOB Profile

1- To conclude the machine idea/ development of solids/ build assemblies/ preparation of 2-D drawings/ application of GD&T;/ application of limits & Fits/ checking of Drawings made by other engineers in Solidworks-2015 or latest.





2- To convert present 2D CAD drawings to Solidworks solids/ 2D drawings

3- Simulation of weldments for deformation/ weldment fillets failure/ frequency analysis/ etc.

4- To coordinates with internal team mates in preparation of engineering drawing with priorities. To have ability to calculate dimensions and decide machining allowances on parts based on manufacturing process and its application in Production / Manufacturing/ Final machine working.

5- Responsible for the process of creating and developing new products.

6- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating,

building, assembling, and installing components.

7- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.

8- Ensure the creation and implementation of strategy designed to grow the business.

9- To implement policies, performance and different types of Quality standards required for

Industry.

10- Any other operation/task allotted by higher-ups time to time.
