Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive components using Creo.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Work on Sheet Metal and Casting component design and development.
- Apply GD&T; and engineering standards in product design.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, and Supplier teams.
- Support prototype development, design validation, and engineering changes.
- Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, cost optimization, and quality requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with internal and customer teams.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Creo (Part Modeling, Assembly, Drafting).
- Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Design and Casting Design.
- Understanding of GD&T;, Tolerance Stack-up, and Engineering Drawings.
- Knowledge of Automotive product development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in BOM creation and Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECR/ECO).
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
