Objective To design and develop reliable and manufacturable tractor attachments and related equipment that meet customer and market requirements, while ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and continuous design improvement.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop tractor attachments and related equipment based on customer and market requirements.

- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, assembly layouts, and manufacturing drawings using Creo / UG NX.

- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and technical feasibility studies for recent product development.

- Coordinate with Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams for prototype development, testing, and design improvements.

- Support field validation, root cause analysis, and continuous product enhancement activities.





Requirements

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 38 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in design and development of tractor attachments, agricultural implements, or construction equipment.

- Strong knowledge of fabrication design, sheet metal, structural components, and hydraulic systems.

- Hands-on experience in Creo / UG NX, with good knowledge of GD&T; and BOM preparation.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product validation, and design for manufacturability.
