Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical CAD Draftsman to create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models for precision-engineered metal components. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software, understand manufacturing processes, and be able to prepare accurate drawings for production.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.

- Freshers with excellent CAD skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Fusion 360 or similar CAD software.

- Robust understanding of mechanical drafting and engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of GD&T; (ASME Y14.5 / ISO GPS).

- Understanding of machining processes such as CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, knurling, and sheet metal fabrication.

- Ability to read customer drawings and create manufacturing drawings.

- Familiarity with brass, copper, steel, aluminium, and plastic components.





- Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.

- Prepare production drawings with GD&T;, dimensions, tolerances, BOM, and material specifications.

- Generate STEP, DXF, PDF, and other manufacturing files.

- Review customer drawings and provide manufacturing feasibility feedback.

- Maintain drawing revisions and document control.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Sales teams for design changes.

- Reverse engineer components from samples or customer drawings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
