Role Description The Design Architect will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with internal teams to develop architectural concepts from initial design through detailed documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and refining architectural designs, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves participation in design meetings, translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic solutions,



and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

The Design

Architect will contribute to design management activities, support project delivery timelines, and assist in resolving design-related issues during the construction phase.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development and detailed design.
- Proficiency in Design Management, including coordinating design stages and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to produce, interpret, and review Construction Drawings with accuracy and attention to technical detail.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, consultants, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; skilled licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in India.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
