Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and execution of all QC instruments/equipments/accessories qualifications and preparation of required qualification documents.
2. Column management and procurement of required columns.
3. Procurement of chemicals, Standards and glassware.
4. Procurement of chemicals and maintenance of FEFO.
5. Preparation of SOPs and related documents of Quality control.
6.



Investigation of laboratory incidents and identification of root cause.
7. Handing of QMS elements.
8. Management of preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.
9. Preparation & review of Miscellaneous protocol related to Quality control,
10. Timely posting of consumptions in SAP.
11. Preparation/Review/Approval of Schedules like calibration, PM, Instrument/Equipment/Accessories master list.
12. Creation of Instrument methods in Empower and other standalone softwares.
13. To perform qualifications of all instruments, execution of CSV, GAP assessments documents preparation and Audit trail risk assessment document preparations.
14. Preparation of periodic review reports.
15. Preparation & validation of Spread sheets.
16. To maintain and ensure cGMP/GLP in the Quality Control Department.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Qualification- B.Pharm/M.sc
2. 10-15 years of experience in Quality Control
