This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Deputy Manager Process Quality

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: BE (Any engineering)

Experience: 3 years to 6 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

- Support quality assurance activities across the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle to ensure products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.




- Promote and reinforce a quality-focused culture within manufacturing operations by adhering to and advocating standard quality practices and procedures.
- Execute quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manufacturing process variability, defects, and quality risks.
- Participate in quality assurance and validation activities for current, transferred, or modified manufacturing lines and processes.
- Collaborate with Procurement Quality and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier-related manufacturing quality issues.
- Apply defined quality tools, methods, and inspection techniques to monitor process performance and product quality.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for manufacturing deviations and nonconformances.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks within defined parameters, schedules, and priorities while meeting quality expectations.
