Project Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare, maintain, and manage the overall project master programme, including fortnightly and monthly construction schedules.
- Develop tender schedules and Basis of Information (BOI) schedules to support procurement and project execution activities.
- Monitor project progress across design, procurement, tendering, purchasing, and construction activities and update the master programme accordingly.
- Track contractor progress in office and assess the adequacy of manpower, resources, and equipment against planned schedules.
- Assist the Project Manager / Project Head in identifying project delays, schedule risks, and critical path activities.
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address schedule slippages and maintain project timelines.
- Propose acceleration measures and support documentation management related to contractor delays and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Support project teams in monitoring key project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and project performance updates for management and clients.




- Prepare project cash flow forecasts in coordination with the Commercial Manager and Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor (QS).
- Provide planning support during project execution to ensure alignment between project objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements Education & Experience
- Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the building construction industry.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated Planning role.
- Experience working on hospitality projects, hotel developments, or high-end interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
- Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and delay analysis.

Technical Skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS Project.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project execution.
- Good technical knowledge of civil construction and fit-out works gained through site-based project experience.
- Ability to read, review, and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
