*Location preferably from Faridabad and adjoining areas.(Candidates from distant areas will not be considered )

*Candidate with attitude of hands on work and directly dealing with suppliers.

Role Objective To lead and support the design and development of cable sealing products (MCT systems), ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and organizational goals. The role involves managing design projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities;

Product Design & Development

Conceptualize, design, and develop cable sealing products (MCT blocks, frames, accessories).

Prepare detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.

Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and compliance standards (IP ratings, fire resistance, EMC,ATEX etc.).

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for design implementation.

Support customer-specific customization requests.

Innovation & Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.

Research new materials,



technologies, and design methodologies.

Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices.

Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior design engineers.

Review and approve design outputs before release.

Ensure adherence to design standards and procedures.

Customer & Compliance Support

Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.

Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements.

Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and other relevant standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MCT systems, cable sealing products, and industrial sealing solutions.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.).

Understanding of material properties, fire safety standards, IP ratings, EMC shielding.

Project management and leadership skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors / Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field.

815 years of experience in product design, preferably in cable sealing/MCT or related industries.

Experience in leading design teams and handling customer-specific projects.
