Job Title: Production/Process Engineer – Sheet Metal & Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of machine techno-commercial finalization, ordering, installation, and commissioning.

2. Knowledge of machinery related to CNC Punching, Bending, Power Press, and Welding.

3. Knowledge of hard tools, punching tools, bending tools, and SPM (Special Purpose Machines).

4. Knowledge of cluster tools and hard tools to reduce punching machine load.

5. Knowledge of conveyor systems and automation.

6. Machine capacity working/utilization calculation.

7. Knowledge of development of assembly fixtures and welding fixtures.

8. Develop more effective production methods through design of layout and material flow to improve productivity and quality.

9. Drive cost-saving projects.

Work on capacity planning based on the annual business plan, identify constraints, and implement solutions.

11. Responsible for time study, manpower mapping, and preparation of operation sequence sheets.

12. Evaluate existing production processes and propose modifications/improvements to achieve productivity and quality improvement.

13. Attend and participate in meetings with internal and external customers, and resolve issues.

14. Responsible for conducting trials of recent models of sheet metal parts.

15. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

16. Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SAP, and ISO 9001:2015.
