Role & responsibilities

Planning and Scheduling:

- Collaborate with Production Supervisors and cross-functional departments to plan production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Develop production plans that meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the production team and monitor execution achieve production targets.
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards, analyse production data, and generate reports to support operational decision-making and process improvement.

Quality Control:

- Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage change controls and deviations arising from product or process changes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other applicable quality standards.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate production staff and workmen.
- Monitor team performance and promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

Communication and Reporting:

- Communicate effectively with production teams, management, quality assurance personnel, and regulatory authorities.




- Prepare and submit periodic reports on production performance, quality metrics,compliance status, and process improvements.
- Participate in review meetings and keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

Work Experience

- 8-14 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing, process, or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and operational reporting. Effective Resource utilisation.
- OEE improvement and Kaizen implementation.
- Confident and valuable decision-making ability with attention to detail.
- Demanding work environment with high pressure to meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge On Maintenance Activities

Qualification

- BE / B. Tech
