Supervise daily lab operations, manage staff & duty roster, handle reagent inventory, instrument troubleshooting, QC & SOP implementation, NABL audit preparation, TAT monitoring & biomedical waste management at a hospital laboratory.

Required Candidate profile

DMLT/BMLT with 8+ yrs in clinical lab, 3+ yrs in lab operations. Must have NABL audit experience (min 2 assessments). NABH hospital exposure preferred. Solid leadership & quality management skills.
