Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure workflows, rules, dashboards, and integrations
- Implement and manage ACL across projects
- Develop SAML & SSO flows
- Manage role-based access frameworks
- Configure dashboards
- Manage environments (Test, UAT, PROD, DR)
- Perform deployments and DR exercises
- Troubleshoot server and licensing issues
- Analyze and resolve performance issues
- Monitor workflows, jobs, and logs
- Implement secure SAML authentication
- Enhance SSO flows and remove hard-coded logic
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Support releases and deployments
- Provide production support and monitoring
- Act as SME, define best practices, mentor teams

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Decisions platform
- Expertise in workflows, rules engine, ACL, SAML/SSO
- Experience in deployments and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of DR and performance tuning
- Solid communication and leadership skills

Desirable Skills: Alfresco| Soap UI| Jira| React JS| Redux| JavaScript frameworks
