We are hiring a Data Scientist with 1 - 2 years of experience on behalf of our client. This role involves working closely with the client's product, engineering, and business teams to analyze data, build models, and support data-driven decision-making. Role & responsibilities

- Clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics
- Develop and evaluate basic machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)
- Assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and present findings clearly
- Write clean,



well-documented code (primarily Python/R and SQL)
- Support senior data scientists on larger projects and model deployment

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 - 2 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or related role (internships count)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python or R, and robust SQL skills
- Familiarity with common ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
- Basic understanding of statistics and experimental design
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills able to explain technical concepts simply
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
