NWe are looking for 2 DataScientists to support a Hyper Personalization Transformation project with a leading Indian bank.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive modelling solutions
N
- Build customer segmentation and propensity models
N
- Analyse customer behaviour and transaction data to drive personalized experiences
N
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop data driven solutions
N
- Support NBO/NBA and contextual decisioning use cases where applicable
N
- At least one resource should have hands on experience developing GenAI prototypes or applications
N

nMust Have:

N

n
- 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning




N
- Solid Python and SQL skills
N
- Experience in customer segmentation and predictive modelling
N
- Experience in banking, financial services, or customer analytics is preferred
N
- GenAI prototype/application development experience for at least one candidate
N
- Exposure to NBO/NBA, propensity modelling, or contextual bandits is advantageous
N
- Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with a short notice period will also be considered
N
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Mumbai
