Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Mining Associate to support data collection, organization, and processing from various online sources. Also open for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience working with real datasets and learning practical data mining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from websites, APIs, and public online sources

• Perform basic data cleaning and structuring

• Convert raw or unstructured data into organized datasets

• Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities

• Maintain datasets in Excel

• Validate and remove duplicate or incorrect data

• Assist with lead data research and enrichment

• Follow ethical web data extraction practices and robots.txt guidelines

• Conduct market research and data extraction using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Assist in improving the data extraction process for better efficiency





• Coordinate with team members to support project execution and communication

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Data Mining concepts

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python

• Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas such as SUM, COUNT, IF)

• Familiarity with Power Query for data transformation

• Ability to work with CSV, Excel, and JSON data formats

• Understanding of online data sources and APIs

• Familiarity with MS Office tools

Preferred Skills • Solid Excel proficiency
