We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our company databases, systems, and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential company information securely.

Key Responsibilities Data Input & Management: Accurately enter text, numerical data, and customer/business records from source documents into company software or spreadsheets. Verification & Quality Control: Compare data against source documents, identify and correct errors, and flag any data anomalies or missing information. Database Maintenance: Organize, update, and archive digital files, logs, and customer records following company protocols. Report Generation: Compile and format periodic data reports, summaries, and logs for management review as requested. Administrative Support: Assist with general back-office duties, filing, scanning, and routine correspondence when needed.

Qualifications Experience:



Proven experience as a data entry operator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role (freshers with strong computer skills are also welcome to apply). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs); familiarity with database software is a plus. Speed & Accuracy: Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with a keen eye for detail and low error rate. Communication: Valuable written and verbal communication skills. Discretion: High ethical standards and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client data.
