Role Description The Data Entry Executive is a contract role responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and customer information in company databases and spreadsheets. This hybrid position is based in Mumbai, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data from multiple sources, cleaning and organizing records, performing basic data checks, and ensuring timely updates for e-commerce platforms and internal systems.

The role also involves coordinating with operations, sales, and logistics teams to resolve data discrepancies,



generating simple reports, and following established data entry standards and confidentiality guidelines.

The Data Entry

Executive is expected to manage assigned workloads efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- Strong data entry skills, including fast and accurate typing and familiarity with spreadsheets and database tools.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other office productivity software.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Positive organizational and time management skills to handle repetitive tasks and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and maintain confidentiality of business and customer data.
- Prior experience in data entry, back-office operations, or e-commerce product listing is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; commerce or business-related fields are a plus.
