We are looking for a

Data Automation & CRM Specialist who can handle the backend execution of our marketing systems and communication channels with strong ownership and accuracy. This role sits at the intersection of automation + marketing execution — where you don't just manage systems, but also use AI to generate, format, and execute communication at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in: CRM management WhatsApp marketing tools Email marketing tools Basic understanding of AI tools for content support

Key Responsibilities: ·

Manage and update CRM data, lead stages, and workflows ·

Ensure CRM hygiene and database accuracy ·

Execute WhatsApp campaigns, broadcasts, segmentation, and tracking ·

Handle email marketing campaigns, audience lists, and automation support ·

Maintain campaign hygiene, reporting, and operational accuracy ·

Support launches, customer journeys, and marketing execution ·

Build integrations using tools like Pabbly, Zapier,



APIs, Google Sheets ·

Use AI tools for basic content assistance, formatting, and workflow support ·

Use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft campaign messages (WhatsApp, Email)

What We're Looking For: ·

3–5 years of relevant experience ·

Solid hands-on experience with automation tools and CRM systems ·

Practical understanding of email + WhatsApp campaign execution ·

Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content or workflow support ·

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized ·

Comfortable coordinating with marketing, sales, and content teams

Preferred Tool Exposure: CRM tools like Zoho, LeadSquared, Email tools like GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Whatsapp API tools like WATI, AiSensy, Google Sheets/Excel, AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly or similar tools
