Data Analyst Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India · On-site · Full-time · Mid-Senior level QWR Interactive Solutions designs and manufactures head-worn computing devices. We have shipped over 50,000 devices across 17 countries. We also build HUMBL, a voice-native AI app.

We are looking for a data analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience turning operational data into decisions, ideally in a hardware, manufacturing, consumer product or technology environment. Our data sits in very different places. Device and production data on one side, app behaviour on the other, and sales pipeline and marketing performance across both.

Build and maintain the dashboards leadership uses weekly, covering revenue, pipeline, production, app performance and marketing spend. Analyse product and app usage data, including activation, retention and feature adoption for HUMBL.

Analyse CRM pipeline data: conversion by stage, cycle length, win and loss patterns, where deals stall. Analyse marketing performance across paid and organic, including cost per lead, CAC and channel return. Support production and supply chain with analysis on yield, returns, field failures and inventory.

Translate business questions into analyses, and analyses back into plain recommendations. Prepare data and analysis for investor, board and partner materials.



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on analytics experience with ownership of the output, not just the query.

Strong SQL. Comfortable writing and optimising queries without assistance. Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation.

Fluency in at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or Metabase.

Advanced

Excel, including pivots, lookups and modelling. The ability to explain a finding to someone non-technical, in one paragraph, without a chart. The best analysis here comes from asking why a number moved before being asked.

Experience in hardware, manufacturing or consumer apps. dbt or a up-to-date data stack.
