Data Analyst & Planner – Job Summary

nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for an experienced Data Analyst & Planner to analyze business, sales, inventory, customer, marketing, and ecommerce data to support strategic decision-making and business growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, forecasting, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Excel and Power BI.
n
- Analyze sales, revenue, inventory, customer behavior, product performance, and marketing data.
n
- Forecast inventory requirements and recommend replenishment strategies.
n
- Evaluate promotions, discounts, and business performance.
n
- Consolidate data from multiple sources, including Shopify and other business systems.
n
- Ensure data accuracy, automate reporting processes, and identify business improvement opportunities.
n




- Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
n

nRequired Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, Inventory Planning, Retail Analytics, or a similar role.
n
- Experience in the Ecommerce, Luxury Retail, or Jewelry industry.
n
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis.
n
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n

nPreferred Skills:

n

n
- Power Automate, Python, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude), and forecasting experience.
