We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive who can help us acquire customers, optimize campaigns, and scale our online growth. Responsibilities- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

- Handle campaign setup including objectives, targeting, budgets, creatives, and audience testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROAS and conversions.
- Analyse key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Suggest improvements in ad creatives and landing pages based on performance insights.
- Prepare regular campaign reports with insights and recommendations.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and D2 C advertising strategies. Requirements- Enough hands-on experience in Meta Ads to grow a D2 C Brand.
- Experience running performance campaigns for D2 C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition and conversion-focused advertising.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Compensation- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Part-Time)- Performance incentives based on campaign results.
