As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping future cybersecurity professionals by delivering practical, industry-oriented training. You will mentor learners, guide them through real-world scenarios, and help them build skills required to succeed in the cybersecurity domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on Cyber Security concepts.
- Train students on modules such as Ethical Hacking, Network Security, SOC, SIEM, and Cloud Security.
- Provide hands-on practical exposure through real-time projects and lab sessions.
- Mentor students and guide them on career paths, certifications, and interview preparation.
- Track and evaluate student performance through assignments, mock tests, and projects.
- Support students in building robust portfolios and job-ready skills.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, threats, and cybersecurity trends.




- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and student outcomes.

Required Skills

- Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
- Network Security & Firewalls
- Security Tools: Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite
- Linux & Windows Environments
- Basic understanding of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 14 years of experience in Cyber Security Training or a relevant Cyber Security domain.
- Experience in conducting technical training sessions, workshops, or mentoring programs.
- Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
